The Emotional Empowerment Programme is an online therapy resource. It is in the form of digital self help books containing a combination of text and filmed extracts from our Art Therapy workshops.
Creative Therapy Book One is a brief text version, whilst Creative Therapy Book Two has conversational content.
Subscribing to the Emotional Empowerment Programme will give you full access to the material along with individual personalised support from a registered Art Therapist.
